Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Astrozent platform and is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as applicable to digital goods and services in India. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Goods — General Policy

All services on Astrozent are digital in nature (AI-generated reports, astrologer session minutes, wallet credits). Under Indian law and standard e-commerce practice, digital goods that have been delivered or consumed are non-refundable except in the circumstances described below.

2. Wallet Credits — Non-Refundable

Wallet credits purchased on Astrozent are non-refundable once added to your wallet. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another user. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of last top-up.

Welcome bonus credits and promotional credits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. AI Reports (Kundli, Matchmaking, Numerology, etc.)

If a paid report is not delivered within 30 minutes of purchase due to a technical failure on our side, you are entitled to a full refund of the credits deducted for that report.

You must report non-delivery within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. Refund requests received after 24 hours will not be processed.

To report a non-delivery, email support@astrozent.com with your registered phone number and the order/transaction ID. We will investigate and credit your wallet within 3 business days if the claim is valid.

Reports that have been successfully generated and delivered — even if you are dissatisfied with the content — are not eligible for a refund. Astrological interpretations are subjective and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

4. Astrologer Sessions

Credits are deducted in real-time for live sessions. Sessions that end prematurely due to a technical fault on Astrozent's infrastructure (not the user's internet connection or device) may be eligible for a partial credit of unused session minutes. Report such issues within 24 hours of the session.

We do not offer refunds for sessions where the astrologer connected and the session was completed, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the advice given.

5. Duplicate Charges

If your account was charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, contact us at support@astrozent.com with the Razorpay payment IDs for both transactions. We will verify with Razorpay and reverse the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@astrozent.com within 24 hours of the issue.
  2. Include: registered phone number, transaction/order ID, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. Our team will respond within 1 business day and resolve eligible claims within 3–7 business days.

Refunds, where approved, are credited back to your Astrozent wallet. Refunds to the original payment source (bank account / card) are not available unless required by applicable law.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or file a complaint on the Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment (CORE) portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
