Terms of Service

By accessing or using Astrozent ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Astrozent uses artificial intelligence, including the Astra AI agent, to generate astrological content. All outputs — horoscopes, kundli interpretations, compatibility scores, numerology readings, and any AI-generated text — are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Astrozent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological prediction. No content on this Platform constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make life-altering decisions based solely on astrological guidance. For serious matters, consult a qualified professional.

Results may vary between sessions and between users with identical birth data due to the probabilistic nature of AI models.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including name, date of birth, and phone number — is accurate and belongs to you.

Astrozent operates on a prepaid wallet system. All amounts are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹). Credits are deducted in real-time for paid services. Wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash unless expressly permitted by us.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance for recurring services.

Live sessions with astrologers on the Platform are provided by independent practitioners. Astrozent acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not responsible for the content of advice given by individual astrologers. Session charges begin from the moment the astrologer accepts your call and end when the session is terminated by either party.

You agree not to: misuse the Platform for spam or harassment; attempt to reverse-engineer any AI model or scrape content at scale; impersonate another user or astrologer; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

All content on the Platform — including AI-generated reports purchased by you — is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell or republish reports without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrozent's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage resolution through our support team at support@astrozent.com before initiating formal proceedings.

Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
